Mrs. Adah E. Moore, 99, of Meadville, widow of Ralph R. Moore, died Sunday, April 15, 1984, at United Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Bedford County, February 22, 1894, a daughter of William H. and Ellen Schooley Claycomb.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1957. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a son, Vernon R. Moore of Meadville; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sons and three brothers.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Fishertown Cemetery, Bedford County.
