Albert E. Miller

Albert E. Miller, 78, a patient at North Park Manor since June 1987, died Friday, January 22, 1988 at North Park Manor.

He was born in Meadville, August 4, 1909, a son of John and Elizabeth Bauer Miller.

Mr. Miller had retired from his work as a custodian at Meadville Area Senior High School.  He had previously worked as a crane-operator at the former Westinghouse Corp. of Meadville.  He was affiliated with St. Paul's United Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann; three daughters, Mrs. Charles (Jane) Bank of Colts Neck, NJ, Mrs. Eric (Diane) Schlossberg of Gaithersburg, MD and Mrs. Michael (Rita) Thomas of Clearwater, FL; a son, Richard A. Miller of Wilmington, DE; three sisters, Amelia Gross, Edna Simmons and Arvella Miller, all of Meadville; six brothers, John Miller of Cambridge Springs, Carl Miller, Elmer Miller, Harry Miller, Ralph Miller and Howard Miller, all of Meadville; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Marie Schultz, Clara Hogue and Laverna Maloney.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
