Alice Dana Colter

Miss Alice Dana Colter, a former resident of Meadville and a sister of Mrs. E. A. Walton of Meadville, died Wednesday afternoon at St. Vincent's Hospital, New York City, following a brief period of failing health.

She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James P. Colter.  Mr. Colter had been a prominent Meadville attorney.  She had been engaged in social work in New York City for the past 30 years.

Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. R. G. English of Detroit, MI and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
