Alvin B. Morrison
May 4, 1863 — January 1, 1753
Alvin B. Morrison, 73, died very suddenly about noon Friday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harold Oakes of Mt. Hope.
Having resided in the community almost his entire life, Mr. Morrison was well known and enjoyed the deep respect of a wide circle of friends. He had been a member of Mt. Hope M. E. Church since early boyhood.
Mrs. Oakes is his only surviving relative.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
