Alvin L. (Pee Wee) Kimple

Alvin L. (Pee Wee) Kimple, Sr., 77, of Conneaut Lake, a former production worker, died Sunday, November 29, 1992, at Meadville Medical Center after a brief illness.

He was born in Dicksonburg, November 8, 1915, a son of Harry and Lola Heald Kimple.  He married Mary E. Stainbrook Stafford, October 26, 1957.  She survives.

He was employed at Channellock for 26 years as a production worker.  He was a member of the Linesville Veterans of Foreign Wars, Meadville Eagles Aerie 429, and a US Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son, Alvin L. Kimple, Jr. of Meadville; a daughter, Judy A. Kimple of Meadville; a step-son, Robert C. Stafford of New South Wales, Australia; a step-daughter, Margaret Jean Flickenger of Meadville; a sister, Helen Allen of Conneaut, OH; two brothers, Donald Kimple of Lakewood, OH and Edward Kimple of Linesville; thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by four sisters, Julia Jackson, Marie Porter, Neata Lawrence and Evelyn Kimple; and two brothers, Herman Kimple and Charles Kimple.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery.
