Amelia Patricia Smith

Mrs. Amelia Patricia Smith, 68, of Guys Mills, wife of Henry T. Smith, died at home Friday, February 8, 1980, following an extended illness.

She was born in Erie, January 1, 1912, daughter of Carl and Maria Provenzano Mazza.  She married Smith July 17, 1930.

Mrs. Smith worked for a number of years as a waitress at the Meadville Country Club.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Barbara) Veale of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Ralph (Patricia) Rudy of Girard; three sons, Johnathan E. of Brunswick, OH, Don E. of Port Matilda and Harrington T. of Fairview; three sisters, Mrs. Maurice (Rose) Walker of Troy, AL, Mrs. Dominick (Jayne) Russo and Mrs. Lena Raykowski of Erie; a brother, Angelo Mazza of Meadville; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Kingsley Cemetery.
