Anna Alice Childs

Mrs. Anna Alice Childs, 80, of Meadville, widow of A. A. Childs, died at City Hospital Sunday, May 16, 1965, after a long illness.

She was born at Franklin March 28, 1885, a daughter of Frederick and Agnes Hock Nies, and married Childs June 30, 1921.  He died March 27, 1965.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Meadville.

Surviving are a stepson, Justin V. Childs of Erie; a sister, Mrs. Glenn (Edna) Noel of Diamond; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
