Anna Blanche Crowl

Mrs. Anna Blanche Crowl, 44, wife of Albert J. Crowl of Guys Mills, died at Meadville City Hospital Tuesday morning after an illness of ten days.

Mrs. Crowl moved to the Guys Mills community 12 years ago from Bradford County, where she had spent the earlier years of her life.  She was active in a number of community activities including the Methodist Church, its Womens Society of Christian Service, the Randolph Grange and as a leader of a 4-H Club for girls.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Evelyn and Hazel at home; two sons, Paul and Gerald at home; her father, John Bennett of Wyalusing, PA; a sister, Mrs. Jack M. Huffman of Canton, PA; a brother, Leon Bennett of New Albany, PA.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery.
