Anna Grace Bacallao

Anna Grace Bacallao, infant daughter of Andrew S. and Pamela Freeman Bacallao of Meadville, was born October 8, 2000 in Meadville. She died Thursday, October 19, 2000 at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Drew and Alex Bacallao, both at home; paternal grandparents, Bruno J. and Maureen Bacallao of Horsham, PA; maternal grandparents, Linda Swaney (Jim) of Erie and Tom Freeman (Kathy) of Erie; a paternal great-grandmother, Verna Bacallao of Hershey; two maternal great-grandmothers, Arlene Freeman of Gillett, PA and Ruth Smith of Erie; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. David Hosick, officiating.
