Arthur A. Wright
December 28, 1872 — February 16, 1961
Arthur A. Wright, 88, of Meadville, died at his home early Thursday morning, February 16, 1961, after a long illness.
He was born December 28, 1872 in West Mead Township, a son of Horatio and Flavia Wright. He and the former Maude Louise Mallon were married October 12, 1898. Mrs. Wright died June 2, 1945.
Mr. Wright was retired as a farmer and as an employee for eighteen years of the Erie Railroad. A charter member of the Meadville Grange, he previously had been a member of Kiser Hill-Mead Grange.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Orval (Margaret) Howard, with whom he had made his home.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery, East Mead Township.
