Arthur Leroy Willmarth

Arthur LeRoy Willmarth, 67, of Meadville, died Wednesday morning, November 4, 1970, at Roswell Park Memorial Hospital, Buffalo, after a long illness.  He was admitted to the hospital a week ago.

He was born at Littles Corners, January 5, 1903, a son of John H. and Emma Cook Willmarth.  He married Mabelle C. Wiard August 6, 1939.

Mr. Willmarth was a retired real estate dealer for the North Street Real Estate Co.  He also operated service stations at Race Street and Lincoln Avenue, and a Park Avenue, holding dealerships for Atlantic, Pennzoil and Esso at various times.  He joined Frist Baptist Church in 1922.

Surviving are his widow; a son, John of Meadville and a sister, Mrs. Glenn (Irene) Proper of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Venango Cemetery.
