Bernice Irene Ellion

Bernice Irene Ellion, 94, formerly of Meadville, and a resident of Keystone Heights, FL, died at Shands Teaching Hospital, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, Sunday, March 10, 1991, after a brief illness.
She was born in Erie County, April 8, 1896, a son of Halsie and May Girard Perry.
She was a licensed practical nurse and was employed in several area nursing homes, including the former Methodist Home and Hospital, and the Meadville Hillside Home. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Stark FL.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Lewis of Keystone Heights, FL and Genevieve Hoyt of Meadville; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
