Betty L. Murray

Betty L. Murray, 62, of Saegertown, a former City Hospital employee, died Thursday, November 22, 1990, at Meadville Medical Center following a long illness.
She was born in East Mead Township on May 20, 1928, a daughter of Theodore and Marian Walton Burton. She married Cecil E. Murray on September 8, 1951. He survives.
She was employed at DePew Greenhouse, Denver, CO, from 1961 to 1978, and had been employed at Meadville City Hospital in the laundry and kitchen. She was a member of the Wayland Baptist Church.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include her parents of Saegertown and a brother, Robert C. Burton of Guys Mills.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery.
