Bollie Chen Briggs

Mrs. Bollie Chen Briggs, 58, of Meadville, died May 20, 1968, at Spencer Hospital after an illness of several years.

Mrs. Briggs was born in Canton, China, February 16, 1910.  She married Zephra G. Briggs, a native of Blooming Valley, February 10, 1941.  He had served in the Navy from 1919 to 1941, much of the time in China.  He died October 17, 1965.  Mrs. Briggs was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Surviving are several in-laws, nieces and nephews in the Meadville area.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
