Brian McGowan, 10-month-old son of Robert and Carol Owens McGowan of Guys Mills, died Friday, March 6, 1981, at Spencer Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Meadville on April 24, 1980.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a sister, Connie at home; maternal grandparents, Donald and Florence Owens of Guys Mills; paternal grandparents, Robert and Maxine McGowan of Meadville; paternal great-grandparents, Francis and Ruth McGowan of Guys Mills and Chester and Lucille Check of Franklin; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Laurie.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
