Surviving are the mother, Judy Southworth of Meadville; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Donna Compton of Meadville; the maternal grandfather, Lawrence O. Southworth of Elkhart, IN; the maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold (Mary) Smith of Meadville and several aunts and uncles.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
