Carl L. Sheets
December 11, 1949 — March 13, 1978
Carl L. Sheets, 28, of Meadville, died Monday, March 13, 1978, at Hamot Medical Center where he had been a patient four weeks.
He was born in Greenbank, WV, December 11, 1949, son of Kyle J. and Elsie Kelley Sheets. He was client of Vallonia Industries. He was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church and had attended Randolph-East Mead public schools.
Survivors include his parents of Meadville; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Evelyn Kelley of Greenbank; three sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Susie) Hutchinson of Corry, Mrs. William (Charlotte) Rich of Oxnard, CA and Mrs. Walter (Lois) Hunter of Meadville; a brother, Robert J. Sheets of Meadville; a niece, three nephews and several aunts and uncles.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
