Cecile Courtney
July 8, 1865 — December 1, 1953
Mrs. Cecile Courtney, 88, of Frenchtown, widow of Leon Courtney, died Tuesday afternoon at Spencer Hospital.
She was born in France, July 8, 1865. She was a member of St. Hippolyte's Catholic Church, Frenchtown.
She is survived by five children, Raymond, Adelaide and Genevieve, all of Frenchtown, Leona of Richmond, VA and Aline of Wilmington, DE; and a brother, Joseph Poux.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
