Charles Henry Brown

Charles Henry Brown, 96, of Meadville, died at Meadville City Hospital Friday night, December 4, 1964.  He spent most of his life in the Pleasantville area.

Mr. Brown was born March 11, 1868, a son of Michael B. and Rachel Cordelia Brown, and was married to Anice May Ross December 24, 1891.

A retired machinist, he was a member of Stone Methodist Church and formerly a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge at Pleasantville.  He had a hobby of painting.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lena B. Andrews of Meadville; one son, Mark C. Brown of Philadelphia; one granddaughter, Mrs. Phillip (Carol Andrews) Richmond of Cleveland; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
