Charlotte E. Clemons

Charlotte E. Clemons, 83, formerly a resident of Clyde, OH, died Saturday, May 20, 1995, at Wesbury since 1978.

She was born in East Mead Township, Crawford County, PA, July 9, 1911, a daughter of William A. and Ressie L. Hanks Clemons.

She was a graduate of Meadville Commercial College and worked as a secretary for American General Insurance Co.  She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Arthur (Marian) Kirk of Cambridge, OH; three nieces and four nephews.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Clemons.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
