Cindy Lee Amos

Cindy Lee Amos, 21, of Meadvile, died in a car accident March 2, 1979.
She was born in Meadville on May 5, 1957, a daughter of Ernest C. and Alice Hitchcock Amos.
She was in her junior year at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she was a part-time worker in the student-aid program.
She was a member of St. Mark's Church of Christ and was a 1975 graduate of Meadville Area High School where she was head of the show corps of the marching band. She was a member of Pen-deb high school sorority, and Phi Mu Social Sorority in college.
She is survived by her mother; a sister, Mrs. Dudley Sue McLoed of Meadville; two brothers, Ronald C. Amos of Meadville and Joseph W. Amos of Portsmouth, VA; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Foulk, officiating.
Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
