Clarissa Elliott

Mrs. Clarissa, Elliot, 87, widow of John H. Elliott, died Friday morning at Smith Institute, Saegertown, after several years of failing health.

In recent years, Mrs. Elliott made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Phoebe Miller of Meadville, who died in May.  Her early life was spent at Carlton and New Lebanon.

Mrs. Elliott is survived by a son, Oren N. Elliott of Polk; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Mill Creek Cemetery.
