Clarke R. Miller

Clarke R. Miller, former burgess of Conneaut Lake boro, died at his home there Thursday morning.

Born in Sadsbury Township, Mr. Miller had lived all but a few years of his life in Conneaut Lake and the vicinity.  He had served the county as deputy prothonotary for a period, and for 16 years was traveling auditor for the state of Pennsylvania, and was serving in that capacity when he became about a month ago.

Mr. Miller was active in the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Trinity Methodist Church of Conneaut Lake.

Surviving are his widow; a sister, Miss Maude A. Miller and a brother, the Hon. Frank P. Miller, of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery.
