Clovis A. Stein
June 21, 1919 — August 15, 2005
Clovis A. Stein, 86, of 649 Cutler St., Meadville, died Monday, August 15, 2005 at his residence following a sudden illness.
He was born in Meadville June 21, 1919, a son of the late Frank Stein and Elizabeth Stein Boyersmith. He married Helen E. Tokarcik in 1954 and she preceded him in death March 9, 1980.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and worked for the Erie Railroad as a car serviceman.
Survivors include a daughter, Claudia Scott and her husband Charles of Conneautville; 2 grandsons, Bruce and Paul Scott; a nephew, Kenneth Burlingame and his wife Nancy of Meadville; and several other nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours or services planned.
Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to the family in care of the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, 581 Chestnut St., Meadville, PA 16335.
