Cora C. Runnels
December 6, 1884 — January 5, 1968
Mrs. Cora C. Runnels, 83, who lived at the home of her son, George W. Jr. of Meadville, died Friday, January 5, 1968, at City Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past 12 days after a three-week illness.
She was born in Sherman, NY, December 6, 1884, a daughter of Frank and Hannah Wassink Hardinger. She married George W. Runnels on December 31, 1908. He died in October 1965.
She was a housewife and a member of Stone Methodist Church.
Surviving are her son, George W. Jr. of Meadville; a grandson, Richard G. of Meadville and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Mill Village Cemetery, Erie County.
