David E. Eastlake

David E. Eastlake, 72, of Meadville, died Monday morning at Spencer Hospital after an extended illness.

Son of the late Milton and Hattie Buell Eastlake, he spent his entire life in the Meadville area.  He became one of the original employees of the Meadville Malleable Iron, Co. when that company was founded in 1900 and remained in its employ for many years.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Georgina Niles Eastlake; a sister, Mrs. John Smock of Harmonsburg and several nieces.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
