David P. Price Sr.

David P. Price Sr., 93, of Sandy Lake, passed away on March 18, 2026 at Sugarcreek Care Center. He was born in Coraopolis on August 29, 1932 to parents Owen Price and Roberta Gill.

He married his wife Marion J. Kilxbull on August 9, 1951.

David was a devoted Christian and was very involved in Mt. Hope Church for the last 25 years where served as the music director after his wife’s passing. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, birding, and hunting in his younger years. He also took pride in being a Mr. Fix-it.

David is survived by three sons, David (Cindy) Price Jr., Robert (Sharon) Price, and Ken (Linda) Price; 10 grandchildren, Michelle, Stacy, David, Angela, Erin, Dana, Audrey, Jerod, Ellie Mae, and Luke; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marion and his parents.

The family would like to thank the staff at Sugarcreek Care Center for their exceptional care during David’s time there.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to ROSE AND BLACK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery on Georgetown Road on Saturday, March 21st at noon.
