David William Kingsley
May 1, 1942 — January 1, 1753
David William Kingsley, 4 1/2 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar C. Kingsley of Meadville, died after a short illness Wednesday at Spencer Hospital.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Dan Edgar; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan S. Veith of Meadville and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. E. W. Kingsley of Meadville.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
