Donald R. Fredericks

Donald R. Fredericks, 50, of Meadville, a dishwasher, died Sunday, January 12, 1992, at Meadville Medical Center.

He was born in Meadville, December 26, 1941, a son of George and Stella Zazitski Fredericks.  He married Nancy Milliard, August 2, 1981.  She survives.

He was employed as a dishwasher at Lamplighter Restaurant and previously was employed as a delivery man at Neely's Water Conditioning.  He was a member of Meadville Eagles Aerie 429 and the Italian Civic Center.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three daughters, Lori, Joy and Jill Fredericks, all of Saegertown; a son, Donald Fredericks, Jr. at home; a step son, Jason Smith, at home; three step-daughters, Victoria Smith of Weirton, WV, Tonya Smith of Meadville and Mary Jo Smith at home; his mother, Stella Fredericks of Meadville; two sisters, Dorothy Miller of Meadville and Patricia Hollabaugh of Townville; a brother, John Fredericks of Meadville; aunts, uncles, cousin, nephews and nieces; and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Mary Ann Fredericks.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
