Dr. Ralph E. Pond
July 28, 1867 — June 1, 1947
Dr. Ralph E. Pond, former Meadville physician who had been practicing for three years in Philadelphia, died at Meadville City Hospital Sunday morning. He would have been 80 years old on July 28.
Dr. Pond returned to Meadville six weeks ago and had been staying at the home of a son, Lt. Col. Frederick L. Pond of Meadville.
He is survived by two sons, Col. Pond and Gerald T. Pond of Cleveland and four grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
