E. Lloyd Mckay
October 21, 1887 — March 4, 1980
E. Lloyd McKay, 92, of Meadville, died Tuesday, March 4, 1980, at City Hospital following an extended illness.
He was born at Mill Village, Erie County, October 21, 1887, son of Martin and Georgia George McKay. He married Elda A. DeMaison, who died in 1945.
He was a member of Meadville First Presbyterian Church. He worked for the Daily Messenger and retired in 1960 as a pressman for the Meadville Tribune.
He is survived by a daughter, Miss Evelyn M. McKay of Meadville; a son, Ernest C. of Ann Arbor, MI; three grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
