Earl B. Griggs

Earl B. Griggs, 60, formerly of Meadville, died suddenly Monday afternoon at Oakland, CA.

Mr. Griggs was born in Meadville and lived here several years before moving to California.

He is survived by three children, Mrs. Virginia Truran of Meadville, Kenneth of Richmond, CA and Charles of Taccola, GA; seven grandchildren; seven sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Doyle, Mrs. Mabel Quinn and Mrs. Leona Truran, all of Meadville, Mrs. Margaret Handley of Conneaut Lake, Mrs. Rose Mathews of Toledo, OH, Mrs. Anita Williams and Mrs. Gertha McKittrick, both of Cleveland, OH; and one brother, Francis of Chicago.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
