Earl Peterson

Earl Peterson, 71, of Meadville, died Monday afternoon at City Hospital.  He had been in failing health for several years.

A native of Custards, he spent most of his life in Meadville and for many years was a cement finisher for the Ortman and Reitze construction company.  He was a member of Wasleyan Methodist Church.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florence Rumabugh Peterson; two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Nodler of Geneva and Mrs. Leona Hayward of Wesleyville; a brother, Vance of Oil City and  a stepdaughter, Mrs. Howard Siggins of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
