Edna L. Vanmarter
July 4, 1883 — January 1, 1753
Miss Edna L. VanMarter, 73, of Meadville, died Wednesday afternoon at City Hospital after a brief illness.
A daughter of the late Isaac N. and Elizabeth Bunting VanMarter, she spent her early life in Woodcock Township. She taught school in this area for 28 years, about 25 of them in Meadville City Schools.
She was a member of the Blooming Valley Methodist Church and the Meadville Grange, Pomona Grange and State Grange.
Closet survivors are several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
