Edward M. Cooper
May 3, 1860 — November 22, 1940
Edward M. Cooper, 80, died Friday night at the home of his son, Lee Cooper of Guys Mills.
Mr. Cooper, a resident of the Guys Mills community the past 56 years and a member of the Guys Mills Congregational Church, succumbed to a lingering illness. His wife, Mary Hotchkiss Cooper, died about four months ago.
Surviving, in addition to the son, are a granddaughter, Mrs. Archie Sliter and a great-grandson, Gary Lee Sliter, both of Guys Mills.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
