Edward J. Dreifuss

Edward J. Dreifuss, 92, of Meadville, died at the Mead Nursing Home, Saturday, May 6, 1978, after a long illness.
Born in Danville, Montour County, on August 6, 1885, he was a son of Simon and Lena Dreifuss. He married Florence Pruner. Dreifuss was a retired spinner for the former Ameican Viscose Co. He also was ticket taker at the Academy Theater for a number of years.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Mel (Sue Louise) Lund of Phoenix, AZ; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Woodland Cemetery.
