Effie Britton Robbins

Effie Britton Robbins of Meadville, died Monday evening at Meadville City Hospital, following a brief illness.

Born at Guys Mills on March 2, 1870, she was the daughter of Allen T. and Hannah Mullen Britton.  She was married to the late Hiley D. Robbins on January 14, 1897.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Fish of West Mead Township; three brothers, George W. Britton of Williamsfield, OH, Fred Britton of Sapulpa, OK and H. Ward Britton of Hammond, IN; two sisters, Mrs. Duane Terrill of Conneaut Lake and Mrs. Frank M. Smith of Fresno, CA and five grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
