Ellie Jo Johnson, of Blooming Valley, died Wednesday, August 23, 1995, at Meadville Medical Center.
She was born at the Medical Center, Tuesday, August 22, 1995 a daughter of Richard E. and Jennifer Mazzone Johnson.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include maternal grandparents, Joseph and Marilyn Mazzone of Meadville; maternal great-grandmothers, Frances Osbourne of Meadville and Providence Mazzone of Jamestown, NY; paternal grandparents, John and Audrey Boyle of Meadville; paternal grandfather, Jon Johnson of Meadville; paternal great-grandparents, Robert and Audrey Genis of Meadville; paternal great-grandmother, Isabelle Johnson of Meadville and several aunts and uncles.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
