Elma Maloney Dain

Mrs. Elma Maloney Dain, 68, of Meadville, widow of Burton W. Dain, died at City Hospital Saturday, July 30, 1960.

She was born in East Mead Township, August 17, 1891, a daughter of Orville and Isabelle Hunter Maloney.  She married B. W. Dain May 14, 1913.

Mrs. Dain was a 1909 graduate of Edinboro State Normal School.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and of the Meadville Woman's Club.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Peter F. (Aileen) Prodan of Andover, Mass.; three sons, Robert B., Paul R., and Richard N., all of Meadville; three sisters, Miss Gertrude Maloney of Cambridge Springs, Mrs. Erma Perry of Edinboro and Mrs. Goldie Mumford of Cochranton; a brother, Alfred Maloney of Meadville; and seven grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
