Emeline Luscombe

Mrs. Emeline Luscombe, 73, died Monday morning at her home in Meadville after a long illness.

Formerly of Erie, IN, she had lived in Meadville four years.  She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist at Gary, IN, a Gary chapter of Order of Eastern Star, a charter member of Harry McKee Chapter, OES at Pittsburgh and was active in civil defense and other community projects in her hometown.

Survivors are a son, Harry V. Patruff of Lune, NM; a step-daughter, Mrs. Elmer Nygaard of Palatine, IL; a step-son, William Luscombe, Jr. of Lafayette, IN; a brother, Albert White of Seattle, WA; two sisters, Mrs. E. S. Gillis of Meadville and Mrs. James Blakeslee of Corry; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Gary, IN.
