Ernest H. Wilber

Ernest H. Wilber, 84, of Meadville, died Thursday, October 11, 1984, at City Hospital after a sudden illness.

He was born at East Trumbull, Ashtabula County, OH, July 19, 1900, a son of William and Esther Miller Wilber.

Mr. Wilber married Pauline Zaugg, who preceded him in death in 1964.  Mr. Wilber had retired from the former FMC Corp., where he had worked as a mechanic for 35 years.

He is survived by a son, William A. Wilber of Meadville and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Edgewood Cemetery, Ashtabula, OH.
