Estella E. First

Estella E. First, 78, widow of the late George First, died Friday morning at the home of a son, Carl O. First of Meadville, after an extended illness.

Mrs. First spent her early life in Waterford.  She was a member of Stone Methodist Church, of its Beacon of Light Class and the Mary Reed Circle of the Womens Society of Christian Service.

She is survived by three sons, S. Arthur, Carl O. and Clarence E., all of Meadville; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Stewart Crawford of Sharon and a brother, Rev. W. O. Brainard of Jamestown, NY.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Watson Run Cemetery.
