Esther Jeunet

Miss Esther Jeunet, 95, a resident of the Crawford County Home for the past four years, formerly of Meadville, died at the County Home Friday, July 31, 1964.

Miss Jeunet was born in the Frenchtown area of East Mead Township, August 5, 1868, a daughter of Xavier and Lucrece Dunnand Jeunet.  She was employed as a houseworker by a number of Meadville families for many years.  She was a member of St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Church and formerly of St. Hippolyte's RC Church at Frenchtown.

Surviving is a cousin, Mrs. Rose Galmish of Meadville, with whom Miss Jeunet formerly made her home.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
