Ethel A. Mullen

Mrs. Ethel A. Mullen, 85, who had resided at Hillside Home since March 1968, died at the home early Saturday morning, February 17, 1973, after an illness of one year.

Born at Conneautville on February 28, 1887, she was a daughter of Lee and Mary Johnson Frisbie.  She was the widow of Thomas Mullen who died in 1939.  Mrs. Mullen was employed as a clerk at Shryock's for many years.  She was a member of First Christian Church and the Friendship Bible Class of the church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Melba) Willison of Meadville, Mrs. Louise Gibson of Colorado Springs, CO and Mrs. Clair (Sarah) Walton of Valrico, FL; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Conneautville Cemetery.
