Ethel M. Bromley

Mrs. Ethel May Bromley, 84, of Meadville, died suddenly at home Tuesday, November 17, 1970, after suffering a stroke Friday.

She was born in Meadville August 14, 1886, a daughter of Albert J. and Lydia Stebbins Horth.  She was married to Harry M. Bromley, who died in 1955.

She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and its Adult Ladies Class.  She formerly had been a Sunday school teacher.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Florence L. Bromley of Meadville; a son, H. Myron of West Irian, Indonesia; two sisters, Miss Idna Horth of Franklin and Mrs. Robert (Pearl) Stemme of Boulder, CO; two brothers, Homer H. of Fort Lauderdale, FL and William S. of Jamestown; and three grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
