Eva A. Roberts
May 2, 1880 — March 10, 1962
Mrs. Eva A. Roberts, 81, wife of Williams S. Robert of the Methodist Home for the Aged, died Saturday, March 10, 1962, at City Hospital following emergency surgery.
She was born at Cambridge Springs May 2, 1880, a daughter of Evans and Mary Simmons Robins and married Roberts December 27, 1915, at Stone Church, Meadville.
She formerly resided in Jamestown, NY and entered the home August 12, 1955.
Mrs. Roberts was educated in Cambridge Springs public schools and received nurses training at Christian Buhl General Hospital at Sharon. Following graduation, she worked for a while at City Hospital.
She was a member of Buffalo Street Methodist Church, Jamestown.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Cambridge Cemetery.
