Fannie E. Deutsch

Fannie E. Deutsch, 73, of Meadville, died Sunday, October 22, 2000 at Meadville Medical Center.
She was born January 30, 1927 in Oil City, a daughter of the late Merrill and Doris Wolford Swartzfager. She married P. Roy Deutsch, Jr. September 18, 1957 and he preceded her in death March 6, 1993.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include one step-daughter, Marlene Braham of Conneaut Lake; four step-sons, Donald Deutsch of Gunthersville, AL, Richard Deutsch of DeBois; James Deutsch of Pittsburgh and Gerald Deutsch of Meadville; four brothers, John Swartzfager of Tionesta, Joseph Swartzfager of Ashtabula, OH, Edward Swartzfager of Oil City and William Swartzfager of Franklin; thirteen step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mona Sherman and a brother, Ronald Swartzfager.
Services were with the Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
