Fedele Acquaviva

Fedele Acquaviva, 84, 411 Walnut St., died at 8:20 a.m. Sunday, March 1, 1959, at Spencer Hospital.

Acquaviva was born in Orsaro, Italy, January 15, 1875, a son of Michael and Carmen Mascola Acquaviva.  He was a retired coal miner in Lackawanna County.  He moved to Meadville last November to make his home with a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Lucy) Perry.  He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Dunmore.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Perry, are two other daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Carmen) DeSandis, Moscow, PA, and Mrs. Frank (Grace) Vassil, Leonia, NJ; two sons, Michael A. of Los Angeles and Anthony of Newark, NJ.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Interment will be in Dunmore Cemetery.
