Forrest E. Smith
October 12, 1874 — September 25, 1959
Forrest E. Smith, 85, of Blooming Valley, died Friday evening, September 25, 1959, after being in failing health since May.
He was born in Woodcock Township, October 12, 1874, a son of Zachariah and Nancy Clark Smith. He married June Waid, September 21, 1898, and operated a grocery store in Blooming Valley for about 14 years.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. William P. (Elsie) Vivion of Blooming Valley; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
