Francis Julius (Frank) Echnoz

Frank J. Echnoz, 77, died Saturday morning at his home.

A well known carpenter and builder, he had lived in Meadville 34 years and was a member of St. Agatha's RC Church.

He is survived by his widow, the former Mary Emma DeMaison; six daughters, Mrs. Leslie Alexander, Mrs. Willis Lawyer, Mrs. David Dearborn and Mrs. Francis Perry, all of Meadville, Mrs. Robert Jones of Sharon and Mrs. Earl Smith of Saegertown; four brothers, Louis of Meadville, Peter of Florida, Edward of Randolph and Charles of Titusville; and by fourteen grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
